FlorVino applies cutting edge creativity in all aspects of the company and is laser focused on providing premium quality wines and the ultimate customer wine experience. www.florvino.wine FlorVino seeks high energy sales contractors for the Canton First Monday's market every month and possibly other events in the area. Our team of sales reps consists of people who care about presentation and quality. They are driven by sales success and customer satisfaction. They pro-actively engage every person they see during their sales shift since each one of them is a potential customer. They know how to up sell, not by pushing wine, but by presenting better deals for customers. For July 5th we are specifically looking for 1 sales rep from 9am until 4pm. This can be a monthly shift. If there is interest to help out with Friday or Sunday markets in Canton that is a plus. Some of the skills successful candidates should possess: Positive attitude and passion for bringing out the best in life from within yourself, your team and your customers A passion to grow a business and to grow personally Strong sales skills Strong communication skills Curious about everything life offers Passionate, engaged, energetic and entrepreneurial spirit with critical thinking skills Be a self-starter What you'll be doing: Selling and sampling the most exciting wine product in Texas at events in the greater Houston area and on occasion further away Setting up pop-up tents and displays at market and events Transport wine and marketing materials Being a brand ambassador Completing market reports Presenting the company to the customer in the most professional way. We're looking for someone who is: Extroverted Up beat with a natural skill to communicate Not afraid to approach people and talk to them Has a medium to large size vehicle (vans or trucks are a plus) Are looking for extra weekend work (Saturday and/or Sunday) Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, stand for an entire day and possess the ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25-40 pounds High school or higher education Are prepared to travel from time to time. Must be at least 21 years old Benefits: Hourly pay is $18/hour base pay Sales bonus based on achievable goals which can increase pay to $35/hour Tips A potential to grow into a full time job with a fast growing and exciting winery Strong sales training and development of sales and personal skills Satisfaction of being a valued part of a team that cares for its team mates.
