Brand Ambassador Company: Founteyn Location: Miami-Dade County, FL Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible weekday schedule between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM About Founteyn Founteyn is a smart beverage company bringing a modern, customizable beverage experience into offices and workplaces. Our machines offer a variety of beverage options, including Pepsi products, coffee, energy drinks, sparkling water, and more. We are growing our presence throughout South Florida and are looking for a reliable, outgoing Brand Ambassador – to support our Miami-area accounts. The Role This is a field-based position. You will visit existing Founteyn locations throughout Miami-Dade to make sure machines and beverage stations are clean, stocked, organized, and operating properly while building relationships with the employees and office teams using them. You will serve as the eyes and ears of Founteyn in the field, reporting account feedback, product levels, machine issues, and opportunities back to our team. Responsibilities Visit assigned Founteyn accounts throughout Miami-Dade Check machine condition and confirm it is operating properly Monitor beverage pod and CO₂ inventory Keep the machine and surrounding beverage area clean and organized Restock products when needed Speak with office managers and employees to gather feedback Encourage employees to complete short customer surveys Demonstrate how to properly use the machine when needed Document each visit using our mobile field form/JotForm Take photos and accurately report inventory or machine issues Flag accounts requiring product, CO₂, maintenance, or additional follow-up Pick up or deliver supplies when assigned Communicate regularly with the Field Operations team What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and organized Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with clients Able to work independently in the field Detail-oriented and able to identify issues before they become larger problems Comfortable using mobile forms and communicating through phone/apps Professional when entering corporate offices and client locations Able to manage a flexible route and visit multiple accounts in one day Reliable transportation is required, as this position involves traveling between client locations throughout Miami-Dade. Availability Candidates should have weekday availability between approximately 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The schedule is flexible within those hours and may vary depending on account needs and assigned routes.
