BRAND AMBASSADOR / PRODUCTION ASSISTANT ROLE Gainesville, FL: 2 PAs and 4 BAs Needed for Captain Morgan's Super Bowl Party Feb 8th, 2026 We’re hiring for a Captain Morgan Super Bowl Watch Party in Gainesville, Florida on Sunday, February 8, 2026. This is a fun, high-energy activation, and we are looking for experienced, reliable team members to support the event. Event Overview Captain Morgan Super Bowl Watch Party Location: Gainesville, FL Date: Sunday, February 8, 2026 Pay Rate: $30/hour Uniform Provided: Branded crew neck t-shirt. Talent must wear their own dark jeans (no rips or bedazzling) and clean white or black sneakers. Brand Ambassadors (4 total) Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Brand Ambassadors will staff the check-in table and serve as the face of the Captain Morgan brand. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, answering event-related questions, distributing promotional materials, and encouraging guest participation in brand activities. Ambassadors are expected to maintain a clean and organized event space, keep promotional items stocked, and help generate social media engagement by encouraging guests to share their experience using designated hashtags. Professionalism, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential. Ambassadors must follow all brand guidelines, dress code requirements, and health and safety protocols, while working closely with event staff and management to ensure a smooth and successful activation. Production Assistants (2 total) Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Production Assistants will provide on-site support during event setup and preparation. Duties include assisting with load-in, resetting the space as needed, and supporting the production team throughout the day. Candidates must be able to lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs or more without assistance and must have a valid driver’s license. Production Assistants are expected to represent the brand positively at all times and be flexible, as call times may shift earlier or later depending on event needs.
