NOW HIRING: Brand Ambassadors for Photo Booth Activation (March Madness) Client: A financial institution for teachers Event Type: Photo Booth Activation Location: Ithaca, NY Dates: March 13, 14, and 15 Time: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM each day (may shift slightly based on March Madness game schedules) Pay: $25/hour Staff Needed: 2 Brand Ambassadors per day (6-hour shifts), 1 Production Assistant on March 13 3pm-9pm Uniform: Client will likely provide a branded shirt/sweater You must wear polished all-black attire (no visible branding) Production assistant to wear show blacks. Responsibilities (BA): Assist with and engage guests at the photo booth activation Encourage participation and keep energy high Interact with university students, families, and attendees in a friendly and professional manner Ideal Candidates (BA): Energetic, approachable, and positive Comfortable engaging with diverse crowds, especially university students and families Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about representing the brand Responsibilities (Production Assistant): Assist with event setup, strike, and transitions Support with supply runs, deliveries, and vendor coordination (if using personal vehicle for errands, your paid $0.70/mile) Help maintain inventory, organize back-of-house, and support activations Lift and carry 50+ lbs as needed Requirements (Production Assistant): Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle Comfortable lifting, loading, and moving gear Detail-oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure Flexibility to work outside of assigned hours if needed If you are interested and available, please email megan@gofginc.com with a resume and 2-3 recent photos.
