Hiring: Beauty Pop-Up Team — rhode at Kitsilano Beach 🌴 We’re hiring an energetic, polished, and customer-focused team to support an exciting rhode beauty pop-up at Kitsilano Beach from July 9–12 (Thursday–Sunday). We’re looking for positive, high-energy individuals who love creating great guest experiences, chatting with customers, and representing a premium beauty brand. Preference will be given to team members who can commit to all 4 days and remain with the same role/team throughout the event. Uniform: They will provide a tshirt and baseball hat. You will need to wear your own denim bottoms with white clean sneakers. Roles Available Team Lead (TL) Rate: $30/hr Shifts: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily Responsibilities: Lead and support event staff Help manage guest flow and daily operations Support POS, merchandising, and overall pop-up execution Keep team energized and organized Elevated Production Assistant (PA) Rate: $30/hr Shift: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily Responsibilities: Support event setup, breakdown, and day-of operations Assist with crew needs, packing, supplies, and general production support Lift up to 100 lbs unassisted Help maintain a smooth guest experience Beauty Ambassador (BA) Rate: $25/hr Shifts available: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Responsibilities: Welcome and engage with guests Hand out waters, coffees, sweet treats, snacks, umbrellas, and merch tokens Assist with POS Support packing bags and merch stand operations Create a fun, friendly, and elevated brand experience BA appearance guidelines: Clean, fresh-cut, polished appearance Minimal makeup preferred No visible piercings or tattoos Runner Rate: $25/hr + $0.70/km mileage reimbursement Shift: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM MUST HAVE A VEHICLE Responsibilities: Pick up supplies and support event needs throughout the day Assist with restocking and errands Be flexible and able to leave the event site when needed Parking will be reimbursed with receipts.
