Gail & Rice is currently hiring experienced, energetic local Brand Ambassadors to present an automotive brand at the 2026 Culture Con event. Review the full event and position details below. Event: 2026 CultureCon Location: Duggal Greenhouse - 63 Flushing Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11205 Dates & Hours: • Friday, October 2: 3:00 P – 5:00 P – Virtual Training Mandatory • Saturday, October 3: 8:30 A – 8:00 P - Activation • Sunday, October 4: 9:00 A – 7:00 P - Activation Rate: $36.00/hr. + $27.50 per diem/day • 6-Hour paid minimum if staff arrive on time to the display. • Hours may be subject to slight change based on program and client needs. • Paid meal break when applicable. Ground Transportation Reimbursements: • Uber / Lyft / Event Parking: Up to $30.00/day reimbursement with detailed receipts submitted at the end of the event. Wardrobe: Staff will wear their own: Black pants and black, clean athletic lifestyle sneaker. • No leggings, yoga or sweatpants or jeans. • Female Staff Hair & Makeup: Very finished look. Nails manicured with nude polish. • Male Staff: Well-groomed head and facial hair. • Provided on-site: Branded shirts will be provided onsite. Job Description: Consumer engagement by welcoming consumers into display, conducting lead generation and additional requested onsite positions. Applicants must also be proactive and outgoing to achieve lead generation goals, which is a key part of the BA position. Being engaging while crowd gathering. Additional details required for the event: • Applicant MUST be available for ALL dates & times. No exceptions. • Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old. • Applicants MUST be able to stand for duration of shift. • Applicants MUST arrive event ready. • Applicants MUST be able to lift 25 lbs. on and off throughout the duration of the event.
