King Dr Chicago, IL 60616 Dates & Hours: Friday, February 6 - Monday, February 16 • 7-8 Hour Shifts, staff will be scheduled for various shifts that will consist of (AM / Mid-Day / PM) based on venue hours. • All staff must be flexible with their schedule for any shifts assigned to them. • Hours may be subject to slight change based on display needs & venue hours. Rate: $27.00/hour + $25.00 per diem/day + up to $25.00/day – Event Parking / Uber / Lyft with detailed receipts submitted at the end of the event. • Applicants may be hired as W2, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit or 1099. • Meal Break Wardrobe: • Staff will wear their own: • Black dress pants (no leggings or yoga pants) • Black shoes (Toms/Vans/Flats/etc. – No white toe Converse & shoes must be black) • Female Staff Hair & Makeup: Very finished look. Nails manicured with nude polish. • Male Staff: Well-groomed head and facial hair. • Provided on-site: Branded shirts will be provided onsite. Job Description: • Brand Ambassadors will be proactive with consumer engagement, drive consumers to display to participate with activation. • Conduct consumer registration to participate with the Ride & Drive with hand-held devices, verification of personal identification to ensure consumer meets R&D insurance requirements. • Conduct and assist consumers complete R&D exits surveys. • Maintain tent and activation registration area. • Assist with light tear down and welcome consumers into the display. Additional Requirements: • Applicant MUST be available for ALL dates and times. No exceptions. • Applicant MUST be at least 18 years old. • Applicant MUST be able to stand for the duration of the shift. • Applicant MUST arrive event ready.
