Gail & Rice, along with our sister company - G&R Connex, is currently hiring experienced, energetic local Brand Ambassadors for a client-hosted employee event - 2026 Lennox Town Center 24 Theaters. Issues with applying: Email issues creating your profile to: newtalent@gail-rice.com Event: Client-hosted employee event at Lennox Theater Location: Lennox Town Center 24 Theaters + IMAX with Laser: 777 Kinnear Rd, Columbus, OH 43212 Date & Hours: Wednesday, June 24: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM • ½-hour Unpaid Meal Break • 8-hour minimum paid if staff arrive on time. • Hours may be subject to slight adjustment based on client & display needs. Rate: $35.00/hr. + $25.00 per diem/day Reimbursements: • Uber/Lyft/Parking: Up to $30.00 per day reimbursement with detailed receipts submitted at the end of the event • Mileage: Up to $30.00 per day/per mile mileage/government mileage rate. Mileage is calculated based on where staff reside. Wardrobe: • Staff will wear their own: Business attire - Blouse or button down non-branded dress shirt, black dress pants and black dress shoes • No heels, no athletic shoes. • No leggings, yoga or sweatpants or jeans. • Female Staff Hair & Makeup: Very finished look. Nails manicured with nude polish. • Male Staff: Well-groomed head and facial hair. Job Description: • Proactively engage with attendees to create a welcoming, positive event experience • Greet and assist employees upon arrival, including event registration using provided devices • Direct attendees to designated areas (e.g., theater) and distribute event tickets/materials • Support event operations including light set-up and tear-down (e.g., registration stations, catering tables, and general event materials) Additional Requirements: • Applicant MUST be: • Available for ALL dates and times. No exceptions. • At least 18 years old. • Able to stand for the duration of the shift. • Able to lift up to 20 lbs. on and off as needed. • Applicant MUST arrive event ready, full hair and make-up, business casual attire.
