Event: 2026 Red River Tailgate Location: Texas State Fair Grounds - 3921 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Dallas, TX 75210 Date & Hours: Saturday, October 10: 8:30 am - 4:30 am o Times may be subject to slight change based on program or client needs, as well as venue hours. Rate: $30.00/hr. + $25.00 per diem/day • Staff will be paid bi-weekly via direct deposit and on-boarded as W2 temporary employees. • Paid Meal Break Ground Transportation Reimbursement: • Mileage: Up to $40.00/day at $0.71/mile round trip, calculated from home address to venue address. Must reside more than 40 miles from the venue to be eligible. • Uber / Lyft / Parking: Up to $25.00/day with detailed receipts submitted at the end of the event. Wardrobe: Staff will wear their own black dress pants, black athletic shoes. • Branded shirts will be provided onsite. • Female Staff Hair & Make-up: Very finished look. Nails manicured with nude polish. • Male Staff: Well-groomed head and facial hair. • This activation will be outdoors so dress accordingly. • No leggings, yoga or sweatpants or jeans. Job Description: Consumer engagement by welcoming consumers into display, conducting lead generation and additional requested onsite positions. Applicants must also be proactive and outgoing to achieve lead generation goals, which is a key part of the BA position. Being engaging while crowd gathering. Additional details required for the event: • Applicant MUST be: o Available for ALL dates and times. No exceptions. o At least 18 years old. o Able to stand for the duration of the shift. o Able to lift up to 20 lbs. on and off as needed. o Prepared for all outdoor weather conditions. • Applicant MUST arrive event ready, full hair and make-up.
