To apply: • Email: newtalent@gail-rice.com • Subject line: Daytona Rolex • Include: Your resume & two (2) recent photos (no AI images) Event: Daytona Rolex Location: Daytona International Speedway - 1801 West International Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32114 Dates & Hours: • Thursday, January 22: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm • Friday, January 23: 9:00 am – 1 hr. after race ends – estimated 7-hour day • Saturday, January 24: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm • Sunday, January 25: 8:00 am – 1 hr. after race ends – estimated 7-hour day Staff will receive 7-hour minimum if scheduled for less than 7 hours. 1-hour unpaid meal break Event hours are estimated based on estimated race end time, client and program needs. Hours may be subject to slight adjustment closer to the event. Rate: $32.00/hr. + $25.00 per diem/day + up to $50.00/day parking/Uber/Lyft + up to $50.00/day mileage reimbursement if staff reside over 20 miles away from venue Wardrobe: • Staff will wear their own: o Black dress pants (no leggings or yoga pants) o Black shoes (Toms/Vans/Flats/etc. – No white toe Converse & shoes must be black) o Female Staff Hair & Makeup: Very finished look. Nails manicured with nude polish. o Male Staff: Well-groomed head and facial hair. • Provided on-site: Branded shirts will be provided onsite. Job Description: Consumer engagement by welcoming consumers into display, conducting lead generation and additional requested onsite positions. Applicants must also be proactive and outgoing to achieve lead generation goals, which is a key part of the BA position. Applicants must be willing to proactively crowd gather by encouraging consumers to visit display. Additional Event Requirements: • Be available for ALL dates and times. No exceptions. • Be at least 18 years old. • Be able to stand for the duration of the shift. • Arrive event ready.
