Gail & Rice, along with our sister company G&R Connex, is currently hiring one (1) experienced, local Brand Ambassador to represent an automotive brand at an upcoming outdoor Ride & Drive Event Tour – Dallas Satellite 2 Team Staff that are available for all locations will be considered first. Event: Automotive Ride & Drive Event Tour – Dallas Satellite 2 Team Location 3: North Texas Racquet Club – 6545 All Stars Ave, Frisco, TX 75033 Location 3 - Date & Hours: Saturday, May 31: 9:45 am – 6:00 pm Rate: $36.00/hr. + $27.50 per diem/day • Staff are on-boarded as W2 temporary employees, paid via direct deposit & overtime when applicable. • Staff will be paid a 7-hour minimum if arrive on time within the display of the designated location. • 1-hour unpaid meal break, if staff work over 7 hours. • Hours are estimated and subject to change closer to the event. Reimbursements: If staff reside over 30 miles, up to $50.00/day mileage reimbursement based on home to venue address. Wardrobe: • Staff to purchase specific pants for reimbursement. • Staff will wear their own: • Shoes & Socks: clean white sneaker shoes with no-show/minimal show white socks. • White Cami: to be worn under sleeveless branded shirt. • Jacket: Bring a plain rain jacket in case of inclement weather. • Female Staff Hair & Make-up: Very finished look. Nails manicured with either nude or pale pink polish. • Male Staff: Well-groomed facial and head hair. Short fingernails. • Provided Wardrobe: Branded sleeveless shirts will be provided on-site. Job Description: • Brand Ambassadors will be proactive with consumer engagement. • Assist with registration of consumers to participate with the Ride & Drive with hand-held devices. • Conduct exit surveys. • Assist with light set-up & tear down and welcome consumers into the display. • Crowd sourcing is required for the duration of the event, by walking around the area to promote the R&D. Additional details required for the event applicants MUST: • Be available for ALL dates & times. No exceptions. • At least 18 years old. • Able to stand for duration of shift. • Arrive event ready each activation date (as if you’re attending a high-level in-person interview). • Able to lift 25 lbs. on and off throughout the duration of the event. • Be prepared to work outside.
