Gail & Rice, along with our sister company - G&R Connex, is currently hiring experienced, energetic local Brand Ambassadors to present an automotive brand at the 2026 Long Beach Grand Prix. To apply: • Email: newtalent@gail-rice.com • Subject line: LB GP All Dates - BA • Include: Your resume & two (2) recent photos (no AI images) Event: 2026 Grand Prix of Long Beach Location: Long Beach Street Circuit - 300 East Ocean Blvd Long Beach, CA 90802 Dates & Hours: • Friday, April 17: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm (14 BA’s) • Saturday, April 18: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm (33 BA’s includes 14 from Friday) • Sunday, April 19: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (33 BA’s includes 14 from Friday) o Above hours are estimated based on last year’s activation and may be subject to slight change. o Staff will receive a 7-hour minimum paid if arrive within the display on time. o One hour meal break is unpaid if working over 7 hours. Rate: $32.00/hr. + $25.00 per diem/day + Up to $50.00 per day/each mileage and ground transportation with detailed receipts provided at the end of the event. •Staff will be hired as W2 temporary employees, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit, lunches are not paid. Job Description: (These cover all different positions at the event across multiple displays/areas you will not be responsible for all these duties) •Proactive promoting by welcome and engage guests, encouraging participation in brand experiences •Drive lead generation by initiating conversations and capturing qualified leads •Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills •Manage guest flow and maintain organized, efficient lines •Greet visitors at entrances and provide a positive first impression •Possibly assist with Merchandise, this may include light set up/tear down •Conduct consumer registration to participate with the Ride & Drive with hand-held devices, verification of personal identification to ensure consumer meets R&D insurance requirements. •Support additional on-site duties as needed Additional details required for the event: • Applicant MUST be available for ALL dates & times. No exceptions. • Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old. • Applicants MUST be able to stand for duration of shift. • Applicants MUST arrive event ready.
