Event: 2026 Easter Safari - Moab Location: Walker Drug Company - 290 S Main St, Moab, UT 84532 – Parking Lot Dates & Hours: • Saturday, March 28: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm • Sunday, March 29: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm • Monday, March 30: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm • Tuesday, March 31: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm • Wednesday, April 1: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm • Thursday, April 2: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm • Friday, April 3: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm • Saturday, April 4: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm • Sunday, April 5: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm All hours may be subject to slight change closer to the event based on venue & client needs. Hourly Rate: $28.00/hr. Reimbursements: • Uber/Lyft/Parking: Up to $25.00/day with detailed receipts submitted at the close of the event. • Mileage: Up to $25.00/day mileage if staff reside 50+ miles from venue. Mileage rate is $0.40/mile. Per Diem (based on local or travel): • Local Per Diem: $25.00 per diem/day • Travel Per Diem: $65.00 per diem/day - if hotel is required. Hotel: Provided if staff reside over 50+ miles from the venue. Wardrobe Requirements: • Staff will wear their own: • Black dress pants – NO leggings or yoga pants. • Black dress flat shoes. • Female Staff: Hair and makeup should be freshly styled & polished; nails should be freshly-manicured with nude nail-polish. • Male Staff: Hair and facial hair must be well groomed. • Provided on-site: Branded shirts. Brand Ambassador – Key Role Responsibilities: • Drive consumer engagement by welcoming guests into the display, generating qualified leads, & supporting interactive activation elements onsite. • Maintain a proactive, outgoing presence with the confidence to initiate conversations & meet lead generation goals. • Facilitate spray-on tattoos & assist with operating the interactive Duck Tank water prize activity. • Promote giveaways while delivering an engaging, polished, and professional brand experience throughout the event. Additional Requirements: • Available for ALL dates and times. No exceptions. • Applicant MUST be available for ALL dates and times. No exceptions. • Applicant MUST be at least 18 years old. • Applicant MUST be able to stand for the duration of the shift. • Applicant MUST arrive event ready.
