Gail & Rice, along with our sister company G&R Connex, is hiring experienced and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent one of our clients at an employee event - Ann Arbor 20 IMAX. Event: Ann Arbor 20 IMAX Location: Ann Arbor 20 IMAX - Ann Arbor 20 Imax 4100 Carpenter Rd, Ypsilanti, MI 48197 Dates & Hours: Wednesday, June 25: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM • ½ hour paid meal break • 8-hour minimum paid if staff arrive on time in the designated area. Rate: $30.00/hr. + $25.00 per diem/day Reimbursement: • Uber/Lyft/Parking: Up to $30.00 per day reimbursement for Uber/Lyft/Parking. Detailed receipts must be submitted at the end of the event. • Mileage: Up to $30.00 per day/mileage at the $0.70/mile rate. Mileage is calculated based on where staff reside. Wardrobe: • Staff will wear their own: • Business professional attire: Button down shirt or plain blouse with black dress pants. • Black shoes (Toms/Vans/Flats/etc. – No white toe Converse & shoes must be black) • No leggings or jeans. • Female Staff Hair & Makeup: Very finished look. Nails manicured with nude polish. • Male Staff: Well-groomed head and facial hair. • Provided on-site: Branded shirts will be provided onsite. Job Description: Brand Ambassadors will be proactive with consumer engagement; welcome employees attending the company event and assist with registration. Staff must be very outgoing and engaging with all consumers. Additional Requirements: • Applicant MUST be available for ALL dates and times. No exceptions. • Applicant MUST be at least 18 years old. • Applicant MUST be able to stand for the duration of the shift. • Applicant MUST arrive event ready, full hair and make-up, business casual attire.
