Gail& Rice, along with our sister company - G&R Connex, is currently hiring experienced, energetic local Brand Ambassadors to present an automotive brand at the 2025 San Diego Auto Show. Event: 2025 San Diego Auto Show Location: San Diego Convention Center - 111 W. Harbor Drive San Diego, CA 92101 Dates& Hours: • Thursday, January 1: Noon - 8:00 pm • Friday, January 2: Noon - 8:00 pm • Saturday, January 3: Noon - 8:00 pm • Sunday, January 4: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm • Hours are subject to vary slightly based on venue hours & display needs. Rate: $25.00/hr. + $25.00 per diem/day • 1/2 hour PAID meal break • 8-hour minimum paid, if staff arrive on-time, and are not released from the event. • Staff are on-boarded, paid via direct deposit as W2 temporary employees, & OT when applicable. Reimbursements: up to $25.00 per day reimbursement for Uber/Lyft/Parking with detailed receipts submitted at the end of the event Wardrobe: • Staff will wear their own: • Black dress pants with black shoes (Toms / Vans / Flats / etc.) • No leggings or capri pants. • Staff must wear no show socks, dark colored socks. • Female Staff Hair & Make-Up: Very finished look. Nail manicured with nude polish. • Male Staff: Well-groomed head & facial hair. • Provided Wardrobe: Branded polo shirts will be provided on-site. Job Description: Brand Ambassadors will proactively engage with consumers engagement with hand-held devices through lead generation - encouraging consumers to receive product information. All staff hired must be engaging and outgoing at all times. Additional details required for the event: • Applicant MUST be available for ALL dates & times. No exceptions. • Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old. • Applicants MUST be able to stand for duration of shift. • Applicants MUST arrive event ready.
