Gail & Rice, along with our sister company - G&R Connex, is currently hiring experienced, energetic local Brand Ambassadors to present an automotive brand at the 2026 San Diego Auto Show. Harbor Drive San Diego, CA 92101 Dates& Hours: • Thursday, January 1: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm • Friday, January 2: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm • Saturday, January 3: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm • Sunday, January 4: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm • Hours are subject to vary slightly based on venue hours & display needs. Rate: $27.00/hr. + $25.00 per diem/day • 1/2 hour unpaid meal break • Staff are on-boarded, paid via direct deposit as W2 temporary employees, & OT when applicable. • Hours may be subject to slight change based on display needs & venue hours. Reimbursements: up to $25.00/day Uber/Lyft/Parking reimbursement with detailed receipts submitted at the end of the event. Wardrobe: • Provided Wardrobe: Branded polo shirts will be provided on-site. • Staff will wear their own: Black dress pants with black shoes (Toms / Vans / Flats / etc.) & black socks, or socks may be no-show. • No leggings or capri pants. • Female Staff Hair & Make-Up: Very finished look. Nail manicured with nude polish. • Male Staff: Well-groomed head & facial hair. Job Description: • Brand Ambassadors will be proactive with consumer engagement. • Assist with registration of consumers to participate with the Ride & Drive with hand-held devices. • Conduct exits surveys. • Assist with light set-up & tear down and welcome consumers into the display. Additional details required for the event: • Available for ALL dates and times. No exceptions. • At least 18 years old. • Able to stand for the duration of the shift. • Arrive event ready.
