About Gifted Breads Gifted Breads is a Chicago-based, women- and minority-owned artisan bakery making gluten-free bread that actually tastes like bread. Our products are sold at Sprouts Farmers Market nationwide, Whole Foods Market (Midwest), and Central Market (Texas). We were founded by a lawyer-turned-baker after her celiac diagnosis — and our mission is simple: everyone deserves to enjoy breaking bread, regardless of dietary restrictions. The role We are looking for Brand Ambassadors to represent Gifted Breads at in-store sampling demos at Sprouts Farmers Market. You will set up a small demo station, offer free samples to shoppers, share our story, and help customers find our products in the freezer section. Most demos are 3 hours long, on Saturdays or Sundays, during peak shopping hours. What you will do • Run 3-hour in-store product demos at your assigned Sprouts store(s) • Set up a small sampling station (provided by us — we ship you everything you need) • Engage shoppers warmly, offer samples of our Demi Baguette and French Dinner Rolls • Answer simple product questions (training provided) • Coordinate with the bakery manager at each store • Complete a short demo report on your phone after each demo, with timestamped photos Who we are looking for • Friendly, outgoing, and professional — you enjoy talking to people • Reliable — you show up on time, every time • Comfortable with a smartphone (for submitting demo reports with photos) • Available weekends — Saturday and/or Sunday afternoons are our peak demo days • Personal connection to gluten-free or healthy eating is a plus, but not required • A reliable car for getting to the store - we reimburse mileage (if you live close to the store - no car is needed) What you get • Base pay: $125 per 3-hour demo — paid every Friday following your demo • Performance bonus: $5 per unit sold above 7 units — paid monthly (verified by retailer sales data) • Mileage reimbursement: $0.725 per mile — pre-approved and fixed based on your location • Flexible schedule — you submit your availability each month; no demos without your confirmation • Training and demo kit provided — we ship you everything you need to run a great demo • Real support — a responsive team you can reach by email or phone when you need us The details • 1099 contractor position (not W-2 employee) • We are a small business — you will not be lost in a big agency • Typical BA runs 2-5 demos per month; some run more • We cover the top Sprouts stores in your area, not random assignments How to apply Send a short email to demos@giftedbreads.com with: • Your name and city • Why you are interested in representing Gifted Breads • Which weekends you are typically available • Any prior retail demo, sampling, or brand ambassador experience (not required)
