*Read Fully* We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Lead Event Coordinator to join our team for ongoing brand activations in the area stated/surrounding areas. MUST BE BILINGUAL. This is different from a Brand Ambassador or general event staff position. Our Lead Coordinator becomes our go-to person for activations within their area, overseeing each event locally and working directly with our management team. Pay starts at $350–$400 per event. We typically have 2-4+ activations per month in each active market, with potential for more as we continue to grow. Most activations are approximately 5–6 hours total on site at events; for setup, the activation, and strike. Storage pickup and return time are separate from those event hours and are also part of the Lead Coordinator's responsibilities. What the role looks like: • Pick up event materials from our local storage location before each activation • Lead and assist the team with setup • Check in staff and make sure everyone is prepared for their assigned position • Oversee the activation and serve as our main on-site point of contact • Communicate with our management team throughout the event when needed • Lead strike and make sure all materials are packed and accounted for • Return event materials to storage following the activation You’ll have a full event team working alongside you. This is a leadership role, not a position where you’re expected to handle everything yourself onsite. Your job is to keep the team organized and make sure each activation runs smoothly from start to finish. Because we’re looking for someone who can become our regular Lead Coordinator in their area, this is best suited for someone interested in consistent, ongoing event work not a one-time activation.
