PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE APPLYING EVENT STAFF NEEDED – BILINGUAL ENGLISH & SPANISH REQUIRED FOR BRAND AMBASSADORS & EVENT SUPPORT STAFF Mascot positions are open to English-only speakers. Spanish is a plus but not required. We are hiring event staff for upcoming brand activations. We are currently filling three different positions. VIEW EVENT DATES & TIMES BELOW Positions Available: Mascot / Costume Character & Handler – $32/hr Height Requirement: 5'5"–6'2" This is a dual-role position. Staff will rotate between performing as the mascot and serving as the mascot handler. - As the Mascot: Perform inside the costume, interact with guests, dance, pose for photos, and create an energetic, engaging atmosphere. - As the Handler: Assist the mascot while outside the costume, guide them safely through crowds, assist with photos and guest interactions, and support costume transitions. Scheduled rotations of approximately 25–30 minutes inside the costume, switching to handler duties between rotations. Must be energetic, comfortable wearing a full-body costume, and able to work closely with a partner. English required. Spanish preferred but NOT required. Brand Ambassador – $25/hr Must speak BOTH English and Spanish. Engage with customers, light setup and breakdown, showcase products, encourage product interest and sales, answer basic questions based on product portfolio provided, and help create a positive brand experience. Event Support Staff / Event Assistant – $22/hr Must speak BOTH English and Spanish. Assist the team wherever needed throughout the activation, including the customization station, greeting guests, light setup and breakdown, keeping the event area organized, and general event support. Setup & Breakdown Everyone on the team, including Mascots/Handlers, Brand Ambassadors, and Event Support Staff, will assist with basic setup before the activation and breakdown at the end. General Requirements Reliable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable interacting with guests and working as part of a team. Must be available for the full scheduled shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment. Attire - Brand Ambassadors & Event Support Staff: Clean jeans with no rips or distressing. Plain BLACK T-shirt. Clean, comfortable sneakers. No large logos, graphics, or branding. - Mascot / Costume Character & Handler: Clean jeans and a plain BLACK T-shirt for handler duties. Must also bring a loose, comfortable T-shirt and shorts to wear underneath the costume. Lightweight, breathable clothing is recommended since the costume can get warm.
