We partner with top-tier luxury brands to create engaging in-store experiences in duty-free environments. As we expand into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), we’re looking to build a new roster of retail brand ambassadors who can help us grow our presence in Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing agency with potential for long-term work and career growth. 📍 Location: Las Vegas, NV 💰 Pay Rate: $30/hour 🕒 Job Type: W-2, on-call with potential for part-time or full-time hours 🚗 Additional Info: Parking reimbursement provided 🌟 What You’ll Do -Represent duty-free brands including spirits, beauty products, and premium consumables -Engage with domestic and international travelers to deliver compelling product education -Drive brand awareness and sales through confident, personable customer interaction -Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff -Follow airport security protocols and complete any required training and badging -Present a polished, business-appropriate appearance in line with luxury brand standards 🔍 Who We’re Looking For ✔️ Experience in retail, sales, brand promotions, or hospitality ✔️Outgoing, reliable, and professional with strong communication skills ✔️ Comfortable working under airport guidelines and protocols ✔️ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) ✔️ Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in customer engagement 🔹Additional Info: This is a W-2 position. As the program expands and hours increase, eligible team members may qualify for a full benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.
