As an Event Specialist, you will report to the On-Site Manager and be responsible for supporting the execution of multiple fundraising elements throughout the event. The hours are from 4:30PM to 10:30PM. We are using Givesmart and so if you have direct Givesmart experience you are a shoe in! Please apply. Responsibilities: iPad software utilization Check in and checkout of guests Digital and live auction bid support Data entry Other customer assistance Technology trouble shooting Skills: Customer Service Critical thinking Technology awareness Focus and Attentiveness to on site manager and attendees Fundraising Software Experience is a Plus Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, some college education is preferred 1 year of experience in event support, customer service, fundraising or related field.
