Took gig for another BA. Didn't update system, so I can Recap, until way after event. Frustrating. VERY hard getting his replies. Event scheduled for specific area of bar that wasn't open until after our end time. Still good Agency though.
This was my third time working for Greenhouse Agency. Usually, I receive great communication and info before the event about to wear and the role. I didn’t this time. The event went well, the other BA, & Event Manager was a pleasure to work with.
No info/swag/reminder/connection to other BA/credit card before the gig from Alex (Agency), but us 2 BAs work this Agency often, and together, and just did what we do.
Melissa is good at communicating before the event, I enjoyed working with the BA I worked with before, and Megan does a good job managing at the event. It was a fun and organized event.
Usual pre-shift text info/connection to the other BA/instructions didn't happen, had to reach out myself, needed direction on swag/game ...but Agency was quickly reachable and filled in details. Always nice and helpful. Fun game/event.
Good Agency. Wish hours were longer and mileage was paid more often. Still good though. (Other girl I worked with was...NOT on the ball...but seems staffed often.)
Always a consistent great Agency...very few surprises/inconveniences compared to others. Can be really difficult to stack On-Premise gigs together in same area. :( I love when the On-Premise gigs are a little longer (3+ hours) like a Pub Crawl.
Pro: First gig w/Agency. Setup WELL with info. Paid more since I did this gig solo! Great Agency. Paid fast. REPORTING System is easy. Con: Their SCHEDULING system could improve, needs working filters! Must between lines, confusing at first.
Mileage was offered above first 50 miles, big help!
The event at the Bowling Alley Tournament was easy and fun. Melissa(Booking Event Manager) is awesome and very great with communicating before event. The BA and On-site Management were easy to work with.
