Start date depends on when position gets filled Summary: *We’re looking for a high-energy, fitness-loving go-getter to represent Phorm Energy alongside Anheuser-Busch. If you live and breathe the gym, wellness, or an active lifestyle—and love connecting with people—this is your moment. As a Brand Activation Manager, you’ll help put Phorm Energy on the map by creating buzz, building connections, and showing up strong in your local fitness community. From gyms and events to sampling activations, you’ll be the face that gets people excited about the brand. This role is perfect for someone who’s self-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be managing your own schedule, executing weekly sampling events, and supporting local distributors to bring the brand to life. The activations consist of weekday mornings, lunch afternoons, and on weekends. This is in retail chain store locations. If you’re motivated, outgoing, and ready to hustle, we want you on our team. Responsibilities: *Own the scheduling, planning, and execution of brand activations at key accounts *Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local distributor partners *Act as the local influencer for Phorm Energy—seeking out new opportunities to grow brand visibility and connect with the fitness community *Represent the brand with confidence—building authentic connections and engaging with consumers and the fitness community *Help bring the brand to life through special events, partnerships, and local collaborations *Manage local assets—keeping product and branded materials organized, stocked, and activation-ready *Track performance by completing activation recaps, capturing key metrics, and ensuring event success *Oversee local budget, including tracking, reporting, and reconciliation *Complete pre-calls and checklists to ensure smooth, seamless events *Hit (and exceed) KPIs at every activation *Stay on top of weekly deliverables, including expense reports, recaps, and time tracking—always accurate and on time Qualifications *A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly within your market *1+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand promotion, or a related field *Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and a stable internet connection *Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint *A personal smartphone for real-time communication and reporting in the field *Flexibility to work 30-36 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings and weekends *Experience in event production, brand activations, and working with distributors and key accounts *Ability to lift and transport up to 40 lbs of event materials *Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal *Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities *Self-starter mindset with leadership qualities and the ability to work independently *Must reside in the local market for the full duration of the program *Ability to travel for an in-person training if necessary What We Offer: *Weekly pay via direct deposit *Opportunity to represent innovative and fast-growing brands. *Opportunity for future opportunities with Greenlight Marketing and client roster
