Location: Tampa , FL What We Offer: Now – End of year 12/31/2025 • Up to 25 hours/week • Hourly Base Pay $30/hr • $40 commission per unit sold + additional weekly bonuses up to $250 Responsibilities: • Schedule up to 5 hrs/day- afternoon, evenings and weekends. • Retail sampling and product demonstration encouraging sales. • Work with AB distributors and Local team to ensure product availability. • Responsible for activation recaps, metrics, and overall event success. • Submit program deliverables (i.e. recapping and reporting) accurately and on time each week. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and the local wholesaler. • Manage local assets and materials. Qualifications: • 1 year plus Sales experience (On/Off Premise Sampling experience is a plus) • Due to the dispensing of alcohol, you must be 21 or older and requires Responsible Alcohol Training • Reliable means of transportation • Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday. Afternoon, evening and weekends. • Passion for meeting new people and evangelizing outstanding products • Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality • Excellent verbal/written communication skills • Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access. • Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate/report while in the field. • Must have Excel and PPT experience. • Must be willing to travel within the market. • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. • Organizational skills to meet weekly deadlines. • Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality. • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
