The job list email is sent out 2-4 weeks out. Getting scheduled for your preferred stores is handled on a first-come basis by your Account Executive. The team is great about prepping you ahead of the event and making sure the signage is at the store
They send out an email blast for dates within a 2 week window. You won't immediately know if you get the dates and locations you wanted, which makes it difficult to plan ahead. My recruiter was communicative and I can call her when I'm on site.
