HADCO Staffing Solutions is an experienced event staffing company in Las Vegas representing some of the largest trade shows in the country and we are currently expanding into the Nashville area. Seeking experienced Convention/Special Event staff that can provide excellent customer service with professional attitudes. HADCO is seeking local Nashville based brand ambassadors for various event staff positions for an established convention client having their show in Nashville for the first time at Music City Center. Dates: August 15-18, 2026 Multiple openings for various dates and shift times for Brand Ambassador positions such as Registration Typists, Badge Scanners, Directional and more! All positions pay $23 Per Hour (On your own for any travel expenses including but not limited to flights/hotels/public transportation or rideshares /meals.) Parking information TBD. First round of interviews will be scheduled between May 4th - 14th, then resume after May 22nd. If selected, you will be required to download the mobile app HADCO uses for scheduling.
