● Resume must be provided Highest manager at the stage, must be comfortable taking initiative ● The stage manager must be professional while dealing with external partners and expected to deliver excellent service. ● They look after our speakers once they arrive at their stage and oversee the temp staff inside the room. ● Their main focus is to make sure the content is running on time and coordinate all stakeholders in the room (AV, staff, speakers, etc) ● They build the relationship with our speakers before going on stage ● They should be comfortable with our stage, agenda, and theme (we will brief them beforehand) ● Host stage orientations each morning (potentially rehearsals) ● Conduct briefings with their stage team every day and review the run sheet to make sure they have all the correct assets needed for the day ● Preferred, but not necessary, knowledge of Slido ● Responsible for escalating their concerns with the client.
