For over 30 years, we’ve built a reputation for activating brands in the field, engaging retail customers, and driving consumer purchasing decisions through dynamic, on-the-ground campaigns. Role Overview: We’re seeking charismatic, reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent leading Cannabis brands at retail samplings and events throughout Albany. This is a high-energy, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who love storytelling, hospitality, and helping consumers discover exceptional products. Key Responsibilities: 🌿 Sampling Execution • Conduct in-store pop up events and product demonstrations with professionalism and enthusiasm • Ensure flawless setup, brand presentation, and compliance with retail guidelines 📣 Brand Advocacy • Educate consumers on product features, origin stories, and tasting notes • Drive trial and conversion through engaging, informative interactions 📋 Reporting & Feedback • Submit shift recaps, photos, and performance insights • Provide strategic feedback to internal teams to improve future activations 🤝 Relationship Building • Build rapport with store staff, distributor reps, and fellow ambassadors • Represent the brand with integrity and warmth at every touchpoint Qualifications: • Reliable-able to work Thursday, Friday and Saturdays consistently with prior experience in Cannabis • Outgoing with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently on Weekends Why Join Hart Agency?
