Role Overview We’re seeking charismatic, reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent leading Cannabis brands at retail samplings and events throughout New York City, Staten Island, Queens long island and Brooklyn This is a high-energy, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who love storytelling, hospitality, and helping consumers discover exceptional products. Key Responsibilities MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY THE KIT 15LB table and Kit to execute the events • 🍾 Sampling Execution• Conduct in-store pop up events and product demonstrations with professionalism and enthusiasm • Ensure flawless setup, brand presentation, and compliance with retail guidelines • 📣 Brand Advocacy• Educate consumers on product features, origin stories, and tasting notes • Drive trial and conversion through engaging, informative interactions • 📋 Reporting & Feedback• Submit shift recaps, photos, and performance insights • Provide strategic feedback to internal teams to improve future activations • 🤝 Relationship Building• Build rapport with store staff, distributor reps, and fellow ambassadors • Represent the brand with integrity and warmth at every touchpoint Qualifications MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAYS AND ABLE TO CARRY A TABLE AND KIT • Reliable and able to work Friday and Saturdays consistently with Prior experience in Cannabis • Outgoing with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently on Weekends Why Join Hart Agency?
