Role Overview We’re seeking charismatic, reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent leading Wine and Spirit brands at on premise samplings and events throughout the greater Syracuse area. This is a high-energy, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who love storytelling, hospitality, and helping consumers discover exceptional products. Key Responsibilities • 🍾 Sampling Execution• Conduct on premise (Bar/restaurant/golf course/special event) pop up events and product demonstrations with professionalism and enthusiasm • Ensure brand presentation and compliance with all guidelines • 📣 Brand Advocacy• Educate consumers on product features, origin stories, and tasting notes • Drive trial and conversion through engaging, informative interactions • 📋 Reporting & Feedback• Submit shift recaps, photos, and performance insights • Provide strategic feedback to internal teams to improve future activations • 🤝 Relationship Building• Build rapport with store staff, distributor reps, and fellow ambassadors • Represent the brand with integrity and warmth at every touchpoint Qualifications • Reliable and able to work Friday and Saturdays day/night consistently - other days of the week vary • Outgoing with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently on Weekends Why Join Hart Agency?
