Havas Street is hiring Field Managers to represent an automotive brand activations-guerilla sampling in Houston, Texas. Date: 7/21-9/14/2025 Location: Houston, Texas   Time: TBD Pay Rate: $1,700 wkly (W-2, before taxes)                                                                                                                      Paid training: Must be able to complete Zoom new hire + brand training prior to working on 7/17-7/18   Uniform: Brand T-shirt + jacket will be provided Pant and shoes: TBD talking with Client   Responsibilities: Brand Education / Communicate Key Messaging​ Create fun energy within event environment​ Sample distribution (in accordance with state legalities) ​ Consumer engagement activity ​ Distribute premiums​ Provide memorable consumer interactions​ Encourage trial and drive sales ​ Reporting (Data and Photo Capture) ​ Answer consumer questions Assist with setup and breakdown Able to stand for long hours, walking, heavy lifting at times for set-up, and high-energy. Requirements: Staff must be comfortable standing in the sun for multiple hours as the activation will be outside with limited to no shade.
