COPY & PASTE LINK TO APPLY https://hub.repbetter.com/jobs/apply/380 Pay Rate: Lead $36/hr | BA $34hr Event Details:  Saturday, 6/6 | Approximately 10am-8pm (exact times TBD) | Seattle WA Saturday, 6/13 | Approximately 10am-8pm (exact times TBD) | Seattle WA Saturday, 6/20 | Approximately 10am-8pm (exact times TBD) | Seattle WA Saturday, 6/27 | Approximately 10am-8pm (exact times TBD) | Seattle WA Saturday, 7/4 | Approximately 10am-8pm (exact times TBD) | Seattle WA Saturday, 7/11 | Approximately 10am-8pm (exact times TBD) | Seattle WA Saturday, 7/18 | Approximately 10am-8pm (exact times TBD) | Seattle WA Saturday, 7/25 | Approximately 10am-8pm (exact times TBD) | Seattle WA Required Training: Fri 6/5 Online New Hire + Brand Training (time TBD) – Paid training COPY & PASTE LINK TO APPLY https://hub.repbetter.com/jobs/apply/380 What to Expect: - Arrive early and assist with full setup (tables, bar area, and machines) - Help manage the sampling and demo station - Create fun, positive energy and deliver memorable consumer interactions - Provide brand education and communicate key brand messaging - Distribute samples / prepare coffee service in accordance with company standards - Engage consumers, answer questions, encourage trial, and enhance brand awareness - Capture data and photos + complete required reporting - Assist with breakdown and cleanup at the end of the shift Team Lead Responsibilities: - Oversee onsite execution and smooth operation of the activation - Handle recap reporting and photo submission - Manage inventory and equipment - Serve as main point of contact with the client and campaign manager - Troubleshoot any issues with account staff as needed - Professional, polished, outgoing, energetic, and confident demeanor required — while remaining respectful and compliant at all times.
