Havas Street is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a sneaker brand for Chicago Marathon in Chicago, IL Location: Pioneer Court, 401 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL, 60611 Date: 10/08 -10/11/26 Hours: • 10/08 Shift 1: 11am-4:00pm (5hrs) • 10/08 Shift 2: 11:00am-7:30pm (8.5hrs) • Backups: 11:00am-2:00pm (3hrs) • 10/09 Shift 1: 7:00am-6pm (11hrs) • 10/09 Shift 2: 9:00am-6pm (9hrs) • 10/09 Shift 3: 9:00am-10:30pm (13.5hrs) • 10/10 Shift 1: 7:30am-6pm (10.5hrs) • 10/10 Shift 2 9:30am-6pm (8.5hrs) 8 • Backups: 7:30am-10:30am (3hrs) • 10/11 Shift 1 6:30am-7:30pm (13hrs) • 10/11 Shift 2 11:30am-7:30pm (8hrs) • Backup 1: 6:30am-9:30am (3hrs) • Backup 2: 11:30am-2:30pm (3hrs) Pay Rate: $34 per hour (W-2, before taxes) Paid training: • Virtual Training via Teams: Wed, 10/7 at 9:00am ET (1hr) Uniform: • Shirts and Shoes will be provided. Bottoms will NOT be provided Brand ambassadors are responsible for bringing their own bottoms. Please ensure they are non-competitor brands. Responsibilities: • Salon Support – Managing inventory, main POC interacting with guests in the self-service space. • Trial Support – Supporting gurus and helping pull shoes for guests. Maintaining the area clean and placing shoes back after guests have tried them on. • Recover RSVP Support - Managing the lines and RSVP app on Wait While. They will be checking people and placing people based on availability. • Photo Queue Support – Manages line queues for photo op. • Directional Support – General directional, sharing talking points, sharing details about the space and different stations, answering questions. • Stamp & Desk Support - Checking people for shakeout runs in the morning via RSVPify.
