Locations: Columbus, OH and surrounding areas Specific Activation Dates: Friday, October 17, 2025: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM Friday, October 24, 2025: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM Saturday, October 25, 2025: 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM Friday, October 31, 2025: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM Pay Rate: Brand Ambassadors: $28/hr Team Leads: $33/hr W2 Employee | Paid Weekly What to Expect: - Travel to events in Columbus, OH - Set up an engaging branded activation space - Create a fun, high-energy vibe - Educate consumers on brand features and offerings - Communicate key messaging clearly and enthusiastically - Facilitate consumer engagement activities - Distribute branded giveaways and premiums - Provide memorable consumer interactions that leave a lasting impression - Answer consumer questions - Set up and tear down event assets - Possible transportation of assets (drive time and mileage reimbursed if requirements met) - Must have reliable personal transportation - Be local to the Columbus, OH area - Team Leads will additionally oversee staff, ensure smooth operations, and report on event performance Requirements: - Ages 18+ Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with diverse crowds - Ability to stand for 4.5-hour shifts and manage setup/teardown tasks - No specific certifications required, but prior event or brand ambassador experience is a bonus - Training: 1-hour paid virtual Teams training Uniform: We provide a branded t-shirt YOU provide all-black attire COPY & PASTE THE BELOW LINK TO APPLY https://havas.repbetter.com/jobs/apply/193
