Havas Street is hiring Brand Ambassadors and Team Lead to represent an on-premise spirit/liquor portfolio! Date: Monthly Location: New Orleans/ Baton Rouge Events typically take place Wednesday-Saturday and at least 2 events are stacked with 3 often stacked on Saturdays Pay Rate: $34/hr BA, $36/hr TL (W-2, before taxes) Paid training: (webinar via zoom, in person/onsite prior to event start) – 2 hour paid web training required prior to working first event, multiple dates/times offered including weekday evenings 6-8pm Uniform: • Provided branded shirt + nice jeans and athletic shoes Responsibilities: • Brand Education / Communicate Key Messaging • Create fun energy within event environment • Sample distribution (in accordance with state legalities) • Consumer engagement activity • Distribute premiums • Provide memorable consumer interactions • Encourage trial and drive sales • Reporting (Data and Photo Capture) • Answer consumer questions Requirements: • Must 21 years of age or older • Must have own table and black tablecloth for off premise. • TIPS Certified or equivalent • Spirits experience preferred • Must be professional and have reliable transportation
