Havas Street is hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent a premium coffee portfolio. The BA will help serve coffee at SHRM Annual Conference & Expo in San Diego, CA. Location: San Diego Convention Center 111 Harbor Dr. San Diego, CA 92101 (Exhibit Hall) Date: Monday, June 30th & Tuesday, July 1st Monday, June 30th – 6:00am- 5:00pm (11-hrs) Tuesday, July 1st – 6:00am- 5:00pm (11-hrs) (Two 15min paid breaks and a 30-min unpaid break) Pay Rate: $36 – TL & $34 - BA per hour (W-2, before taxes) Paid training: • Brand training – will be provided brand guide and day of training with premium coffee representative Uniform: • Either all black or white collard shirt with Khaki pants Responsibilities: • Previous on premise/special event sampling/barista/server experience a big plus • Brand Education / Communicate Key Messaging • Create fun energy within event environment • Sample distribution (in accordance with state legalities) • Consumer engagement activity • Distribute premiums • Reporting (Data and Photo Capture) • Answer consumer questions This is a high elevated event; professional, reliable, outgoing, polished appearance with premium product education/demonstration and customer service skills.
