We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for an exciting New Store Opening event in Willmar, MN. Shift Details: Saturday May 3, 2025 Time: 9:30am-1:30pm Location: 1709 1st St S, Willmar, MN 56201 There is a PAID mandatory 1-hr virtual training via Zoom on Thurs. 5/1, 7pm-8pm ET (6p CT, 5p MT, 4p PT) . Calendar invite will be emailed once HR clearance is provided. Positions Available: (1) Team Lead ($33/hour) & (2)Brand Ambassadors ($28/hour) Responsibilities: • Attend a PAID mandatory 1-hr virtual training via Microsoft Teams. • Create fun, memorable consumer engagements through program elements • Canvass a 1-mile radius of event location to provide location awareness & brand knowledge • Drive foot traffic to the store for warm handoffs to sales team • Capture quality pictures of consumer engagement during the canvassing hour & the event activation to share with MM via the GroupMe app. Upload minimum of 3 photos every 30 min. • Setup/breakdown of event assets • Communicate event feedback & consumer comments to TL for event recap • TL: Delegate tasks, ensure outstanding team performance, and communicate/troubleshoot any issues with MM. Collect sales metrics at START/END of shift & complete the event recap on the HAVAS app. Recaps must include metrics data, a 5-8 sentence detailed summary of event & 8-10 quality photos. Return HAVAS assets via FedEx immediately after completion of the event. What We Provide: Uniform: A branded t-shirt (will be provided at the first event). *Drive time provided after the initial 30-minutes for each direction. Eg: Commute is 2 hours round trip; BA will receive 1 hour of drive time total paid at $28/hour *Overnight stay booked for BAs with commutes between 2.5-4.5 hrs.
