We are looking for talent who thrives in social environments, enjoys interacting with consumers, and can confidently communicate brand messaging while encouraging participation in sweepstakes, giveaways, and promotional activities. Upcoming Events Nashville, TN • June 19, 2026 | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Nashville, TN 37215 • June 25, 2026 | 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM Nashville, TN 37201 Compensation • Team Leads: $36/hour • Brand Ambassadors: $34/hour • W2 Employee | Paid Weekly Training Paid virtual training on June 11, 2026 at 6:00 PM CST. Brand Ambassador Responsibilities • Educate consumers on brand messaging and key product information • Create fun, high-energy consumer interactions • Engage attendees and encourage participation in promotional activities • Support sweepstakes entries, giveaways, and prize activations • Distribute branded premiums and promotional items • Encourage product trial and drive consumer interest • Capture event photos and report metrics • Answer consumer questions professionally and enthusiastically Team Lead Responsibilities (In addition to Brand Ambassador duties) • Oversee event execution and onsite staff management • Submit event recap reports and photos • Maintain communication with the Havas Street management team • Ensure all event assets and promotional materials are properly utilized • Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues as needed Requirements • Must be 21+ years old • Current TABC Certification required for Tennessee events • Previous brand ambassador, promotional, nightlife, or sampling experience preferred • Reliable transportation required • Must be polished, professional, and comfortable engaging large groups of consumers • Ability to encourage participation in sweepstakes, giveaways, and photo opportunities Uniform • Branded t-shirt provided • Dark blue or black jeans • Clean sneakers If you’re ready to represent an exciting brand and create unforgettable consumer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
