Havas Street is currently hiring a Part-Time Logistics coordinator to serve the Cincinnati, Ohio area for an on-going basis. As the LC, you will serve as a brand resource in your assigned territory for a major spirits portfolio and will report to Territory Managers for direction on market activity and weekly logistical needs. We are looking for Logistics Coordinators who will receive a schedule, pick up assets from storage, then drive around the city dropping off at several locations. Drop-offs and pickups must be done same day as execution (schedule will vary but is typically Friday-Sunday; you may be responsible for up to 5 stores per day).  Hours will vary but approximately 2-8 hours per day performing this type of work.  Copy & Paste Link in Browser To APPLY: https://havas.repbetter.com/jobs/apply/logistics-assistant-wanted-for-major-cellular-provider-166?utm_campaign=Job+Campaign&utm_medium=Website&utm_source=Trusted+Herd Position Details:  • $28/hour | W2 Employee  • Training, renting vehicle, at storage, delivering, and picking up are all paid.  • Part-time  • Territory: Cincinnati, OH Responsibilities:  • Overall management of company assets to support local programming while exercising care and following operating instructions, safety standards, and guidelines  • Communicate and work in cross-departmental collaboration on all projects included but not limited to creative, warehouse/POS management, and event production  • Maintain storage unit • Some audio/visual/tech duties like hooking up a tv • Assemble kits, manage distribution & maintain accurate inventory of assets  • Support logistical needs of activation for events (setup & tear down)  • Organize, deliver/place permanent and temporary POS in accounts for activation, including visibility in stores; replenishing displays and shelf tags where needed  • Ensure superb execution of the brand's strategy within designated format (non-premise, on/off premise)  • Heavy focus within the inner-city agencies, transfers, and supporting off premise tastings  Requirements:  Able to lift, load, unload and move product -- up to 50 pounds repeatedly Have a LARGE reliable vehicle with clean driving record - Mileage reimbursed and drive time paid if requirements are met Must have a flexible schedule during weekends, holidays, etc Must be familiar with city assigned and a strategic navigator
