Havas Street is currently hiring a Part-Time Logistics coordinator to serve the Corpus Christi area for an on-going basis. As the LC, you will serve as a brand resource in your assigned territory for a major spirits portfolio and will report to Territory Managers for direction on market activity and weekly logistical needs. We run a few programs throughout the year that include oversized assets (e.g., barrel coolers, bar carts, cases of glassware). Each program runs 2-3 weeks. We are looking for Logistics Coordinators who will receive a schedule, pick up assets from storage, then drive around the city dropping off at several locations; barrel coolers and bar carts will also need to be picked up later that evening. Drop-offs and pickups must be done same day as execution (schedule will vary but is typically Friday-Sunday; you may be responsible for up to 5 stores per day). APPLY HERE: https://havas.repbetter.com/jobs/apply/corpus-christi-logistics-coordinator-for-off-premise-sampling-128?utm_campaign=Job+Campaign&utm_medium=Website&utm_source=Trusted+Herd Position Details: • $25/hour | W2 Employee • Training, renting vehicle, at storage, delivering, and picking up are all paid. • If driving own vehicle, mileage is also included • Part-time • Territory: Corpus Christi, TX Responsibilities: • Overall management of company assets to support local programming while exercising care and following operating instructions, safety standards, and guidelines • Communicate and work in cross-departmental collaboration on all projects included but not limited to creative, warehouse/POS management, and event production • Assemble kits, manage distribution & maintain accurate inventory of assets • Support logistical needs of activation for events (setup & tear down) • Organize, deliver/place permanent and temporary POS in accounts for activation, including visibility in stores; replenishing displays and shelf tags where needed • Ensure superb execution of the brand's strategy within designated format (non-premise, on/off premise) • Heavy focus within the inner-city agencies, transfers, and supporting off premise tastings Requirements: Able to lift, load, unload and move product -- up to 50 pounds repeatedly Have a reliable vehicle with clean driving record Must be comfortable driving a rental Sprinter van or pickup truck. Alternatively, may use own comparable vehicle and be reimbursed mileage Age 25+ to rent vehicle (age 21+ if driving own vehicle) Clean driving record, able to pass MVR check if renting vehicle Must have a flexible schedule during weekends, holidays, etc Must be familiar with city assigned and a strategic navigator Though we are not looking for brand ambassadors at this time, familiarity with sampling programs is a plus
