I enjoyed being able to work for this company once at an in-store event. I was not available to work any of their events at bars during my time in the city but I'm sure it would be great. I now live in northern MN - not many promos happening here! :)

Formula Street is great when there is a specific territory manager in place. When there is only the director who is coordinating, things get unorganized and communication gets bad.
I rarely hear about open events. They have an events portal, but every time I check it there are zero events available. People say they pay fast, but the events are so short. The on-premise event I did was only 1.5 hours long!
Unorganized managers, but events were fun and easy. And pay was fast!
I had to follow up with Havas Street several times to inform them I was still waiting on my final interview call and training. Once I received my demo kit for my first shift, the kit was incomplete and materials were poorly made.
