Health and Fitness Activations seeks an experienced Field Marketing Manager, with a passion for health and wellness, to lead a team of 3-6 brand ambassadors in the Springfield,MA/Hartford,CT market for a well-known kombucha brand. You are passionate about health and fitness and love introducing consumers to better-for-you products. Responsibilities: - Oversee all activations (on-site) including sponsored events, guerrilla sampling, product drops, and event product donations - Manage inventory, including going to cold storage and loading product in coolers - Setup and breakdown of event footprint - Responsible for administrative tasks that include event execution reports, event photos, BA check-ins, sample tracking, and other tasks as required - Manage storage unit including product and assets inventory - Research and leverage in-market connections with event contacts to schedule key guerrilla marketing and sponsored events to build out the event schedule - Manage, train, and schedule a team of 3-6 brand ambassadors Requirements: - Ideally based out of Springfield, MA or Hartford, CT - Must have at least 2 years of brand ambassador work experience - Ability to travel within your market - Must be available to commit to working the full program July-September - Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs Pay: $35 per hour Expected Hours: 10-20 hours per week average, with more hours on event weeks To apply, please be sure to complete ALL pre-screening questions in order to be considered and to demonstrate why you're the perfect fit for this role.
