Salary:
· Full-Time is $62,000 + quarterly bonuses (up to 7.5% of your base salary, broken up into 4 quarters)
Job description
Work Week:
· Monday - Friday, with some weekends
· Comp time provided when you work weekend hours
Primary Responsibilities:
· Client Management
· Maintain a positive client experience
· Address client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally
· Update clients on any changes or adjustments in real-time
· Create Bi-weekly and monthly reports
· Ideate innovative execution ideas and present to client
· Ensure action items are completed, following up internally or with the client as needed
· Identify areas for improvement in execution, presentation, and processes
· Team Management
· Foster a positive and productive work environment
· Reply to communication in a timely manner
· Provide positive and constructive feedback to team members
· Managing check-ins/outs of events
· Knock down barriers that are holding your team back
· Ensure excellent event execution
· Work with local teams at least 6 events per month (most will be on weekends)
· Enter events into Promomash (our scheduling system)
· Review & approve/send back event reports
· Act as On-Call Manager for activations Monday – Wednesday
· Managing check-ins/outs of events
· Keeping clients and retailers up to date in real-time
· Re-staff any callouts to have the demo/event completed the same day if possible
· Train new hires if you find a last-minute replacement
· Update the rest of the HFA team on any issues
· Update clients on performance/adjustments
· Meet internal and client-related deadlines
· Communicate clearly & kindly in both written and verbal communication, even during challenging situations.
· Update Google Sheets with event details as needed
· Engage in weekly 1:1 and Team Meeting
Requirements:
· Based in Los Angeles or Orange County
· Strong background in experiential marketing (references will be requested)
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize time-sensitive requests
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with or ability to learn Mac systems
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
· Solid experience with MS Office (particularly Excel), Google Drive, and Dropbox
