Health and Fitness Activations seeks an experienced Field Marketing Manager, with a passion for health and wellness, to lead a team of 2-4 brand ambassadors in the Orange County market for an organic fruit jerky brand. Tell us why you love it Responsibilities: - Research and leverage in-market connections with event contacts to schedule key guerilla marketing and sponsored events to build out the event schedule - Manage, train, and schedule a team of 2-4 brand ambassadors - Oversee all activations including product drops, event product donations, guerilla sampling, and sponsored events - Oversee setup and breakdown of event footprint - Responsible for administrative tasks that include event execution reports, event photos, BA check-ins, sample tracking, and other tasks as required - Manage storage unit including product and assets inventory Requirements: - Ideally based out of Orange County - Must have at least 2 years of brand ambassador work experience - Ability to travel within your market - Must be available to commit to working Q3 2025 (there is a strong possibility of an ongoing program) - Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs Pay: $33 per hour Expected Hours: 20 hours per week average
