Health and Fitness Activations seeks an experienced Field Marketing Manager, with a passion for health and wellness, to lead a team of 2-4 brand ambassadors in the Miami market for an organic fruit jerky brand. Tell us why you love it Responsibilities: Research and leverage in-market connections with event contacts to schedule key guerilla marketing and sponsored events to build out the event schedule Manage, train, and schedule a team of 2-4 brand ambassadors Oversee all activations including product drops, event product donations, guerilla sampling, and sponsored events Oversee setup and breakdown of event footprint Responsible for administrative tasks that include event execution reports, event photos, BA check-ins, sample tracking, and other tasks as required Manage storage unit including product and assets inventory Requirements: Ideally based out of Miami Must have at least 2 years of brand ambassador work experience Ability to travel within your market Must be available to commit to working Q2 2025 (there is a strong possibility of an ongoing program) Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs Pay: $33 per hour Expected Hours: 20 hours per week average
