Health and Fitness Activations seeks an experienced Field Marketing Manager, with a passion for health and wellness, to lead a team of 2-4 brand ambassadors in the Tampa market for a kombucha brand. Tell us why you love it Responsibilities: - Research and leverage in-market connections with event contacts to schedule key guerilla marketing and sponsored events to build out the event schedule - Manage, train, and schedule a team of 2-4 brand ambassadors - Oversee all activations including product drops, event product donations, guerilla sampling, and sponsored events - Oversee setup and breakdown of event footprint - Responsible for administrative tasks that include event execution reports, event photos, BA check-ins, sample tracking, and other tasks as required - Manage storage unit including product and assets inventory Requirements: - Ideally based out of Tampa - Must have at least 2 years of brand ambassador work experience - Ability to travel within your market - Must be available to commit to working April-June Pay: $35 per hour Expected Hours: 20 hours per week average
