We are hiring energetic, reliable, and professional event staff for a PR-forward concourse activation at the Big Ten Basketball Tournament. This is a premium, high-visibility program bringing Silk Protein to life through interactive engagement and sampling during one of the most exciting moments in college basketball. LOCATIONS + DATES 🏀  WOMEN’S TOURNAMENT – GAINBRIDGE FIELDHOUSE (INDIANA) March 4 March 5 March 6 March 7 Shift Timing (Approx.) 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM Additional Field Coordinators will be needed for load-in and load-out support at the beginning and end of each tournament. Pay Rates (Hourly) -Brand Ambassador (BA): $26/hr Team Lead (TL): $28/hr Field Coordinator (FC): $30/hr Positions Needed (Per Market) 3 Brand Ambassadors 1 Team Lead 1 Field Coordinator +2 Field Coordinators for setup & teardown days (2 days) What We’re Looking For -Energetic, outgoing, and confident in high-traffic environments -Professional and highly presentable - Comfortable approaching and engaging large crowds -Sampling or promo experience preferred -Knowledge of basketball/NCAA strongly preferred -Must be punctual and reliable Bonus If You Have -Arena or stadium event experience -Sports marketing or brand activation background -Leadership experience (for TL/FC roles) To Apply -Please send: -Full Name -Position applying for -Dates available -Resume or relevant experience -Recent headshot -Any sports/basketball-related experience Selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
