😎 Job Title: Health Services Evaluator 📍 Location: Various Location (as assigned)  💰 Compensation: $150 ⏱️ Duration: 30 minutes - 1 hour ❗️Requirements: During this assignment, you will visit the assigned clinic and provide a detailed assessment of the consultation you are given by the doctor or nurse practitioner. 🍺 Job Overview:  We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to conduct in-person evaluations at select clinics throughout New Jersey. In this role, you will present as a genuine patient seeking services such as a wellness visit, minor illness evaluation, vision screening, dental check-up, physical, or select vaccinations, depending on the services offered at the specific location. Your primary responsibility will be to objectively assess the overall patient experience, including customer service, staff professionalism, and adherence to established clinic protocols. Your feedback plays a critical role in helping ensure consistent, high-quality care for all patients.  🔑 Key Responsibilities: Schedule and attend a clinic visit in accordance with assigned guidelines and scenario requirements. Present as a genuine patient seeking the designated service (e.g., wellness visit, screening, minor illness evaluation, dental check-up, physical, or vaccination). Observe and evaluate the quality of customer service, staff professionalism, and overall patient experience. Assess compliance with clinic procedures, cleanliness standards, and patient intake protocols. Accurately identify or describe all staff members encountered during the visit. Document observations objectively and in detail when completing the post-visit survey. Obtain required documentation, including a photo of the clinic exterior and a copy of the visit receipt. Submit all required materials within the designated timeframe.
