😎 Job Title: Bar Standards Evaluation 📍 Location: Various Location (as assigned)  💰 Compensation: $30 Pay + you get reimbursed up to $50(if dining alone) or $100(if dining with a guest) ⏱️ Duration: Minimum 1 hour ❗️Requirements: Must be between 21 - 35 years old 🍺 Job Overview:  We're seeking individuals to go undercover and evaluate bar operations, customer service, ID Compliance.  🔑 Key Responsibilities: Spend a minimum of one hour observing the bartender(s) and overall bar operations, cash handling, credit card procedures, tips, and bar tabs. Watch for signs of theft, fraud, or suspicious behavior from staff, including how they handle transactions and interact with off-duty employees and regular customers. Discreetly note how different guest transactions are handled and if the bartender attempts to upsell premium spirits. Order an ALCOHOLIC beverage (must contain alcohol, cannot be a mocktail) and food from the menu. 📝 Special Notes:  Sit at the bar or stand in the bar area until a spot becomes available. Minimum of one hour. Maintain discretion and do not exceed more than two alcoholic drinks while you conduct your observation. Pay in CASH and must include a cash tip unless otherwise approved or requested. Obtain the final payment receipt, showing payment type and tip.
