😎 Job Title: Oil Change & Service Standards Evaluation 💰 Compensation: Total Pay: $20 ($80 oil change reimbursement) ⏱️ Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours (this includes the in person visit and report) "❗️Requirements: Must have a car that genuinely needs an oil change Rental cars, Electric cars and motorcycles are NOT allowed" ✅ Job Overview:  Evaluate the customer service, operational standards, and facility maintenance of the assigned service center location while receiving the required oil change.  🔑 Key Responsibilities: Visit the Brand's website to form an opinion on their service offerings Call the location to make an appointment/confirm walk-ins are allowed and inquire about the price of an oil change Visit the assigned location and receive the required oil change Stay at the location for the full duration of the oil and evaluate staff professionalism, overall service quality and cleanliness of waiting room and restrooms Take required photos as listed in guidelines 📝 Special Notes: ·       Do not bring infants, small children, or pets ·       Oil change requirement differs by Brand - make sure you check the brand you are visiting before you go.
